Dragon Breath

I've been very busy and a little stressed since my last post April 25th.  We went through a new software upgrade at the office, and no matter how much you plan, things just don't go completely as planned. But all is well now and I've had some me time.

I finally took a photo that showed of the fabulous glitter DP. Click on it to get a better view.

This is a Karen's Doodles digi that I colored with Prisma pencils and gamsol. The DP is My Mind's Eye.
I cut one of the paisleys and slipped the mounted image under it and topped it off with a couple of flowers that I purchased at Michael's.

I don't know how old this image is, but I am entering it in Karen's Doodles Old But Goodie Challenge.

It's All in the Eyes!

This little Basset Girl's eyes tell all. So sad. Sooo Sweet.  There are many people in my life, that I wish I could see more often, especially my sister.  And boy can I relate to this pup. As my birthday approaches, I look in the mirror to see someone I don't know. Someone with those hound dog eyes. Did I just compare myself with a dog??

This image is a digi from Karen's Doodles. I colored my Basset Girl with mostly Prisma pencils and Gamsol, using only a little Copics on the flowers. The pretty blue green paper is from K&Company.  You may not be able to see it well, but up in the corners is a little Stampin Up sentiment "Missing You".

Simply Flowers

I am a simple woman.  Therefore I give you my simple card.

Some images must take center stage.

I was visiting Mary J's blog and she had the cutest card she made using a digi from Karen's Doodles.
So I went shopping and came back with several of Karen's digis. The sentiment is from Stampin Up. I colored this beauty with Copics and stitched it together with pink card stock and added some buttons in the corner to demonstrate my creativity.
