SSCB#20 Watercolor

Grab your brushes! Serendipity's water color challenge is nearing the end.  I haven't water colored in a very long time. This stamp made it so easy. I decided to keep it monochromatic in blue. I just love how it turned out.  I used water color paper and cut out the image. Then I did a little water color wash on the embossed background.

This is for Serendipity's Challenge #20.

Stamp:  Serendipity
Medium:  Water Color Pencil\
Embossing:  Sizzix Folder
Embellished with Pearls

Peace be with you!

Dressing Up The Front Door

Happy Fall!  Don't you just love how God give nature beautiful jewels in the fall?

This card too me all day. This door originally had Christmas wreaths and small Christmas trees in the small pots on each side of the door.  I first tried to color the door on craft paper, but I wasn't getting those deep rich colors I wanted, so I started over and I am really happy how it turned out.

I did this for the Splitcoast Inspiration Challenge IC405.  And this is what inspired me:
