Sherri's cat ate my card.

This is an excuse I haven't used before. Most of my followers know that Sherri of http://TheCateAteMyCard.blogspot.com, is my BFF, so she won't mind me using her cat, Brady, for an excuse.  We share, right? Check our her blog, she has some amazing cards there.

This is my favorite stamp that I use every year. I usually send it to my lovely sister, as her home slightly resembles this one.

Stamp:    PSX
Dies:       Cheery Lynn (Corners), Spellbinder, Sue Wilson (Bottom), Marianne Poinsettia
Medium: Copics, Prisma Pencils with Gamsol
Punch:     Martha Stewart (greenery)

I don't know if I will be posting again before Christmas.  In case I don't, I wish you a Merry Christmas and God's blessings.

What have I been up to?

Every since I started blogging, I have been torn between my blog and Splitcoast Stampers gallery.
I can do one on a regular basis, but then the other gets neglected.  So I have been haning out at SCS.

This does not mean I am going to close shop since I still have blogs that I follow and this will allow me to stay in contact.  I just decided to do one BIG post each month.  You can find me at Splitcoast any time as GAILNM. (Really creative name :))

Products used can be found by visiting me at GAILNM at Splitcoast Stampers.

See ya in a few weeks!

Favorite 2011 Mo Project

I posted this on my Splitcoast Gallery awhile back. I just forgot to post it here. It was one of my favorites, so I'm blaming it holiday overload.  I only remembered it when I ran across this Mo DP2 Challenge which is "Favorite 2011 Mo Project."

This is defiantly one of My favorite Mo images.  I colored her with Copics and shaded with Prisma pencils. The little poinsettia is a PSX stamp and the sentiment is from Paper Trey Ink.  I added some 3D paint for the snow. Then I stitched it to some blue/gray and used cream card stock as the base.

I thought it turned out pretty, but after view what the DT created.. OMG!

Winter just blew in!

Winds gusting up to 48 mpr here! Hubby is already in a tizzy cause there's a leaf in his yard. Ya, he can't handle my craft room either.
Sherri and I had our usual Saturday lunch, preceded by a little shopping, proceeded by stamping. Then a little late online shopping.  She calls me an enabler, but she's the one with the extra Michael's coupon that just couldn't go to waste.  She made a amazing cat card you can see here.  And I made a card using my every year Christmas stamp from PSX.

I've discovered 3D paint!  I colored this with Prisma Pencils and Gamsol.  The little sentiment is from Stampin Up and the punch is Martha Stewart's.
