Peace on Earth

Another Christmas card using a Cuddly Buddly image.  I love the way this one turned out.
Those little mice are just so cute and they look as if they just ate the figgy pudding.

A little pottery

I post everything I make at Splitcoast.  You can see my gallery here.  Here are a couple of cards that I forgot to post to my blog.  I used the same stamp for both cards and came up with very different results.

I did this one for a Splitcoast CAS challenge to use dark blue and white. Maybe the blues were not so dark, but that's a rather nice think about Splitcoast, they don't call you out on every detail.  I did a side step card for this and did a little freehand on the side panels.

Card #1
Stamp - Serendipity
Sentiment - Hero Arts
Coloring Medium - Prisma Pencils and Gamsol

Again here is the same stamp only a little more colorful and with some DP and die cuts. I actually like the one better.

Early Fall

Well it has finally cooled down hear in Iowa.  The lack of rain has many tree's turning brown.  Last year this area along the Missouri River we suffered devastating floods, this year it's been drought and heat. Say some prayers for our Farmers.

On a lighter note, here is my first Autumn card.

Coloring Medium: Colored Pencil and Gamsol touched up with Copics.

Snowman from Heaven

July is the first month that I didn't make my 3 card per month Christmas Card Challenge at Splitcoast.
Here is #3.  Now I can start on August.

I fell in love with this little guy and the sentiment was perfect.  I bought this fabulous book years ago "The Ultimate Guide to the Perfect Card" by Linda LaTourelle. It is just filled with the best poems and sentiments for every occasion.

The Border Fence

Lulu is not allowed beyond this point.  She stays on our four seasons porch. Don't feel too bad for her. That's where hubby spends most of his time too.  When she's properly trained, she will be allowed in the rest of the house.

Pic is a little fuzzy.  She doesn't stay still for long.

Yes, she has gotten her head stuck.

Now that's a BIG paw !!!!

Lots of bobbles

So, I'm almost out of time to finish my July 3 card commitment for the Splitcoast Christmas Card Challenge.
Cuddly Buddly came to my aid with the pretty didgi.

Again, look at how versatile a digi can be.   I pasted the digi into my Word document 3 times and inverted the outer panels. It may be a little quirky, but then so am I.
