Couldn't you just squeeze this QKR image?
This is a digi that I cut with my Silhouette Cameo.
I was able to trace it, then copy and flip the outline to make the shaped card.
It was luck that I had black pearls for his eyes. I ran his body and ears thru a Stampin Up embossing folder. The "Love" tag was cut separately and popped up with dimensional foam. I trimmed his mane out with Stickles.

Oh, Gail, this little lion is absolutely adorable and makes such a wonderful card! And you used your Silhouette - amazing! (We'll have to chat more about that, my friend! Hehe!) Gosh, he sure makes a cute shaped card! I'll have to look at my digis to see if there's something I can do this with. Nice to be able to resize them like this.
