A little pottery

I post everything I make at Splitcoast.  You can see my gallery here.  Here are a couple of cards that I forgot to post to my blog.  I used the same stamp for both cards and came up with very different results.

I did this one for a Splitcoast CAS challenge to use dark blue and white. Maybe the blues were not so dark, but that's a rather nice think about Splitcoast, they don't call you out on every detail.  I did a side step card for this and did a little freehand on the side panels.

Card #1
Stamp - Serendipity
Sentiment - Hero Arts
Coloring Medium - Prisma Pencils and Gamsol

Again here is the same stamp only a little more colorful and with some DP and die cuts. I actually like the one better.

Card #2
Stamp - Serendipity
Sentiment - A Muse Stamp
Coloring Medium - Copics
Die Cut - Spellbinders
Die Cut - (Flowers) Die-Namics ??
Rhinestone - Recolections

Lovely cards. I especially like the blue one. One stamp for two totally different cards. Beautiful coloring!

What a lovely stamp - and such different cards made with it. I think I prefer the second, but more because they're my favourite sorts of colours than any other reason!
