Blue skies? Not so much lately here in Iowa. Considering what's gone on in the country, I'm not going to complain. I'm on my knees every night thankful for all my blessings. My prayers go out to all those many people who went through those devastating tornadoes and flooding the last couple of weeks.
This is a Hambo Rubber Stamp that I got with a gift certificate from Sherri. I just love how it turned out, even after I rolled over part of it with my chair. Gurrr!
As I said, this is a Hambo Rubber Stamp. I colored my beach and umbrellas with Copics and shaded with Prisma pencils and Gamsol. The paper is from Karen Foster Designs. My sewing machine has been a little temperamental lately so I used a little ribbon to cover up the boo boo. I put a little simmer in the sand with some Stickles. The "Sending You" is from Anna Griffin and the "Nothing but blue skies" was done on the computer and cut out with a Spellbinders label die.
Let's all remember all of those who sacrificed so much this Memorial Day.

Can I bring all my cards to your house so you can run over them? My chairs are so old they would leave black marks! This is even cuter than when you colored it this afternoon! Love it!
Wow, a beautiful image with lovely matching papers and love the sentiment, I saw you on Mary's blog and came for a look and joined as a follower, so will be back

Gorgeous, Gail! It would brighten up anybody's day! Lovely colouring too!
I hope things continue to remain calm in Iowa honey
Beautiful! I love how the sky is colored behind the umbrellas; love them too, of course. You always use such darling papers. I'm taking a "card-making" break for a couple of days. Had to catch up on the little tasks of life such as laundry and cleaning.
